Shipping & Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders above €249 to mainland Europe. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark, with delivery times depending on the product and destination.
For deliveries to islands or destinations outside mainland Europe, please contact our customer service team for a specific shipping quote.
For orders within the EU, all customs duties are included and there are no additional charges upon delivery. For destinations outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes and any local fees are not included and must be covered by the customer.
We select the most suitable carrier based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Pallet delivery
Large, valuable or heavy fireplaces (over 30 kg) are delivered free of charge by a courier to the kerbside.
Our carrier always contacts you in advance to arrange delivery.
